This program will focus on recent federal, state and local legislative developments impacting the workplace, including both enacted and pending legislation.

This session will address changes at the regulatory agencies – US Department of Labor, NLRB, EEOC, OSHA – where new regulations and enforcement policies are being developed and will include discussion of Legislative & Regulatory Processes, Union Issues, Health Care, EEO Laws, the ADA, Leave Laws and Workplace Flexibility, Immigration and other State and Local Legislation.
