"Wage & Hour Update"

This program will cover recent developments in federal and Pennsylvania wage and hour law.  Topics will include: (i) the impact of a recent Pennsylvania appellate decision clarifying the calculation of overtime pay owed to salaried employees; (ii) recent Third Circuit decisions addressing break-time issues; (iii) the impact of the USDOL's proposed changes to the tip-sharing regulations; (iv) the USDOL's re-issuance of 17 Bush-era Opinion Letters; (v) the USDOL's changing stance regarding interpretive guidance; and (vi) status of the legal challenge to the Obama amendments to the white-collar exemption regulations.

 

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
