Expanding Employee Rights for Leave: The Pennsylvania General Assembly has been busy introducing and considering various pieces of legislation that would create or expand employee rights to take leave from work.  One such bill would even create a state version of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for Pennsylvania employers.  Other bills would mandate paid sick leave, domestic violence leave and paid family leave
