Chapter Meeting Sponsorships

SEPA SHRM invites you to Sponsor a monthly Chapter Meeting to share your business with 50+ top-level human resource decision makers during one of our exciting meetings.  We can accommodate two non-competing sponsors per meeting.  We are interested in companies that provide goods and services that are of interest to those in the field of Human Resources.    Requests to participate will be reviewed by our Board of Directors.  See package below:

Sponsor Fee – For-Profit Organizations - $300   Non-Profit Organizations - $200  

  • Special pricing available for multiple meeting package
  • $400 / $300 for extended or special meetings

Admission to Chapter Meeting for two company representatives including continental breakfast & opportunity to mix & mingle with attendees prior to start of the meeting

GENERAL INFORMATION

Where does the meeting take place?  The Ramada Philadelphia Northeast Hotel located at 11580 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA, 19116.  The phone number is 215-464-9500. 

What time should I arrive?  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  Sponsors may arrive up to 30 minutes earlier to set up the display table.  The Chapter Program begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 10:15 a.m.  Times may vary for special or extended meetings.  

What should I expect?  Attendees will begin arriving at 8:00 a.m. to register and network prior to the start of the meeting.  Introductions and hot topics will begin at 8:30 a.m.; the program will begin at 9:00 a.m.  The meeting will conclude with a SEPA SHRM prize drawing, if you chose to have a prize drawing, the winner will be announced at this time also.  There will be an additional opportunity for networking as the meeting closes.    

Is there anything else I need to know?  Sponsors receive two free admissions.  Additional representatives will need to register and pay as guests.  

Company information:  Sponsors will need to provide their logo (.jpg format), byline and contact information for posting to the meeting registration form, SEPA SHRM website and an ad for posting (.jpg format) to the SEPA SHRM quarterly newsletter. Please forward via e-mail to

Professional Development & Networking Event Sponsor/Exhibitor Information

SEPA SHRM invites you to participate as an Event Exhibitor or Sponsor and share your business with 100+ top-level Human Resource decision-makers during our exciting Event. We are interested in companies that provide goods and services that are of interest to Human Resource professionals. Requests to participate will be reviewed by our Board of Directors. $500 EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

  • Admission for two representatives which includes program, food and access to 100+ professionals. 
    Solicitation at your table only, no sales permitted.
  • Undressed display table - 36” by 60” - located in the Exhibitor Hall, electricity available.
  • Exhibitor logo, byline & contact information will be included in PowerPoint presentation on a separate slide which will be displayed in the Exhibitor Hall and Auditorium prior to the start of
    the presentation.
  • Exhibitor will receive recognition during the President's introduction.
  • Opportunity for prize drawing from your display table.  
  • Opportunity to provide marketing give-aways from your display table.  (i.e. pens, post-its, etc).
  • ¼ page advertisement in two SEPA SHRM newsletters.

  • Sponsor logo & contact information will be included in PowerPoint presentation which will be displayed in the Exhibitor Hall and Auditorium prior to the start of the presentation.
  • Sponsor will receive recognition during the President's introduction.
  • Opportunity to provide marketing giveaways for inclusion in convention bags distributed during registration.
  • Logo, byline & contact information placement in 1 SEPA SHRM quarterly newsletter.
    • Logo, byline & contact information placement on SEPA SHRM website meeting announcement page for 1 month.   

GENERAL INFORMATION 

What time should I arrive??  Registration begins at 5 PM.  Exhibitors/Sponsors should arrive by 4:30 PM to set up or drop off materials.  The event is from 5 PM – 8:30 PM.

How do I get there? Directions to Abington Hospital can be found at www.amh.org.  Once at the hospital, park in the Zipley garage.  The event will take place in the Lenfest building, Frobese Conference Center just off the parking garage.

What should I expect?  Attendees will begin arriving at the Frobese Conference Center at 5 PM to register and network during the reception.  At 6:00 PM we will begin the raffle of prizes in the Exhibitor Hall. The professional program will begin at 6:30 PM in the Auditorium and will end at 8:30 PM. 

Is there anything else I need to know? Exhibitors receive two free admissions and Sponsors receive one free admission.  Additional representatives will need to register as guests.
