Mind Full or Mindful? Decluttering the Busy Leader’s Mind

Do you find yourself in the middle of the night thinking about work and unable to sleep? Do you arrive at work and wonder how you even got there, never noticing anything along the way? Do you remember where you left your keys or if you responded to that email? Paying Attention has become a skill which can be relearned. We'll review how to easily and quickly develop a Mindfulness practice to help enable you to increase your productivity and allow you to sleep at night.

Attendance at this session will allow HR professionals to promote mindfulness via direct experience and:

  • Help improve emotional intelligence by being aware of our thoughts and experiences, observing them without judgment and responding from a place of clarity.
  • Help improve team focus and productivity.
  • Help enhance creativity as studies show people are more creative when relaxed, able to look at problems differently and use divergent thinking to consider the widest range of possible solutions.
  • Help reduce stress in the workplace - a leading cause of absenteeism, health problems and a hindrance to productivity.
