Champions of Enterprise Value: The HR/Finance Partnership

We invite you to join us in a lively conversation designed to explore the People:Profit Partnership.

The business landscape continues to change. From Larry Fink’s 2018 letter to CEOs focused on building purposeful and socially responsible organizations, to the proposed human capital related rule-making  currently before the SEC, strong HR/Finance collaboration is a business necessity.

  • The speakers will cover how the general business landscape has changed, and is changing, and how a strong HR/Finance collaboration is a business necessity
  • This presentation will explain how HR can effectively work with the Finance Department of the organization
  • The Chief Financial Officer of ElectoCore, LLC will be co-presenting to provide insight into the Finance function and its various needs that may be filled or bolstered by HR
  • This presentation will also cover specific projects and compliance initiatives that require HR and Finance to work effectively together to achieve these goals for the organization.
  •  We will share the hallmarks of a fun and mutually beneficial HR/Finance partnership, what we’ve learned through our own experiences, and how together, this powerful twosome can make you champions of enterprise value!
