SEPA SHRM invites organizations to participate as an Event Exhibitor and/or Sponsor and share your business with over 200 Human Resource professionals and decision makers during our 8th Annual HR Legal Summit. Available Sponsorships

Event Sponsor (1 Available) $3,000

  • Preconference Marketing: Listing as Event Sponsor in all print and electronic preconference materials
  • Marketing Materials: Prominent company name or logo placement on all marketing materials
  •  Conference Website: Recognition with logo and link on conference webpage
  •  E-mail: 1 e-blast to chapter membership preconference
  • Introduction: 2-3 minutes speaking opportunity introducing attendees to your organization during conference kick-off
  • Event Passes: Up to 3 Sponsor representatives, including meals (additional participants permitted with $50 fee)

 Conference Grand Prize Sponsor (1 Available) $1,000 + cost of Grand Prize

  • Grand Prize Giveaway: Sponsor purchases prize (i.e. iPad or similar of equivalent value, approved by SEPA SHRM)

  • Program Book: Quarter page ad in conference program booklet with logo and company description (may purchase larger ad space)
  • Exhibitor Table: 6' table with one chair (additional participants charged a $50 fee, located on 1st floor lobbies). Ability to display a 6’x6’ corporate backdrop sign
  • Prize Drawing: Opportunity for prize drawing of one gift from stage (Exhibitors collect entries at table)
  • SEPA SHRM Website: Recognition on SEPA SHRM’s website for 3 consecutive months following program
  • SEPA SHRM Newsletters: Recognition in 1 SEPA SHRM newsletter following program
  • Attendee List: Access to attendee list (only those attendees who optin)

·       Quarter Page Ad (3.5"w X 4.75"h) $150

* 50% discount when purchased as an upgrade to package that includes advertising space.
